Brothers,
I send this message to all council members because we had so many knights volunteer their time and service into making our first 2026 Lenten Fish Fry an outstanding fraternal success. Many brothers brought their spouses and families to this social dinner which added to the total number of knights gathered in this community event. Please see photo of First Lenten Fish Fry team – attached.
There are too many knights to individually thank in this email, but Brother Tom Sorge is to be commended for taking the lead in purchasing food and organizing this social event. From my perspective, the KofC produced a highly quality fish fry with the longest line maybe 10 minutes. Our parishioners and friends provided a steady stream of hungry tummies from 4:45 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. I can honestly say we left the kitchen cleaner than we found it thanks to the late shift clean-up crew. You guys rock!
God Bless and may the Holy Spirit continue to fill your soul with sanctifying grace throughout this Lenten season.
