EightyFour units were collected, a new Holy Apostles record! The Red Cross had two blood drives cancelled so they sent 3 extra staff members to our location. We started off with computer problems that delayed our initial start , we quickly caught up.

Red Cross initial donor goal was 111 with 75 who actually signed up prior to start of our blood drives.
Red Cross staff were amazing to include their one individual trainee. FYI: I particularly chose her to be my phlebotomist…she was a one stick wonder. Confident, smart, and, most importantly, a one stick wonder.
Next blood drives: 8&9 January. We are contemplating a Hawaiian barbecue theme promotional theme to lure perspective donors (also as a post Christmas Holiday treat).
It’s hard work setting up and taking down event but our kofc seven volunteers were terrific as usual.
