Since 2020, a small group of ladies has stepped up to provide a service to the Knights of Columbus Council 11548 and Assembly 2751. These angels prepare and serve dinner to the brothers attending their monthly business meetings. To honor their selfless efforts, the council awarded certificates declaring them “Lady Knights” in a ceremony during the April 2026 meeting. Those so honored include the three charter members: Ronnie Quercia, Maria O’Connell, and Caroline Abela. They have been joined later by Jan Assmus, Sharon Cardona, Clare Gaston, and Brooke Renspurger. Thank you, Lady Knights, for your steadfast service to our council and assembly. We appreciate you!
